Treatment Theory

The Thulium laser adopts fiber laser with 1927nm wavelength, which is arranged in a matrix scanning output, emitting the spot through a high focusing lens and directly penetrates the working tissue, which produces a certain amount of thermal exfoliation, more thermal coagulation and obvious thermal effects. Thermal effect produces collagen contraction, meanwhile, thermal coagulation and exfoliation forms matrix-like holes(0.12mm), the penetration depth of these small spots is about 2-4mm. At this point, the normal tissue surrounding tiny holes generate heat bridges which starts the wound rehabilitation reaction and thermal   effects between scarf-skin and dermal tissues, then experiencing  inflammation phase, proliferation phase, remodeling phase.
