Treatment Theory

The Thulium laser adopts fiber laser with 1927nm wavelength, which is arranged in a matrix scanning output, emitting the spot through a high focusing lens and directly penetrates the working tissue, which produces a certain amount of thermal exfoliation, more thermal coagulation and obvious thermal effects. Thermal effect produces collagen contraction, meanwhile, thermal coagulation and exfoliation forms matrix-like holes(0.12mm), the penetration depth of these small spots is about 2-4mm. At this point, the normal tissue surrounding tiny holes generate heat bridges which starts the wound rehabilitation reaction and thermal   effects between scarf-skin and dermal tissues, then experiencing  inflammation phase, proliferation phase, remodeling phase. Therefore, producing a large amount of collagen regeneration, achieving the reconstruction of the dermal frame structure, facial contour sculpture, wrinkles removal, skin texture improving, acne scar removal, etc. Our comey products can be applied into the wound for rehabilitation after the irritation.
